$1000/month + $200. Raise after 4-6 months pending positive performance review. Potential opportunity to receive a $300/month bonus for projects related to website management, retail business operations, sales, marketing research depending on participant’s level of skill and business needs.

Housing
Onsite housing with a private bedroom, kitchen access, free utilities and WiFi is provided for $300/month

Position Description
Training will be focused on all aspects of front and back of house hotel operations, guest services, sales, marketing and inventory management for the Inn’s boutique store. Candidates will work closely with the manager and owner to learn about business management operations from the small hotel/inn perspective and have the potential opportunity to work on projects related to website management, business operations and development.

Requirements
Must have hospitality experience, and a customer service oriented, flexible personality. An educational background in the industry, basic Photo Shop software experience preferred. Candidates from Taiwan and China are encouraged to apply. Due to available provided housing, only female candidates are considered.
